Reception Manager – Luxury Beauty Clinic

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team at a high‑end beauty clinic in Cheltenham. You will be the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients and will drive both service excellence and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations and ensure a premium client experience.
• Manage diary, upsell services and drive retail product sales to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop the reception team, fostering a high‑performing environment.
• Utilise Zenoti booking software and analyse KPI reports to optimise efficiency.
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor when interacting with clientele.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a beauty, aesthetics, luxury retail or private clinic setting.
• Proven ability to lead a front‑of‑house or reception team.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while maintaining service standards.

Required skills

• Experience with Zenoti booking software.

• Basic salary £28,500 plus commission (OTE £30,000‑£35,000).
