Reception Team Member – 20 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Reception Team Member to join our Chippenham Premier Inn. Working 20 hours per week, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience and supporting the housekeeping team to maintain room standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and manage the front‑desk operations.
• Handle reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs and payment processing.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and a friendly personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
