Reception Team Member

About the role

Join the front‑office team at Ibis London Heathrow Airport and be the first point of contact for guests arriving at one of the UK’s busiest airports. You will deliver warm, efficient service from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate guest registration, check‑in and check‑out services.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain clear communication between guests and all hotel departments.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally.
• Follow security procedures for guest data, room keys and credit‑card transactions.
• Manage reservations and maximise sales opportunities.
• Document guest messages and internal communications accurately.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team when required and ensure equipment is well maintained.
• Follow fire and evacuation protocols and perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication.
• High energy, friendly attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
