Reception Team Member

About the role

Join the Travelodge team at Caterham Whyteleafe as a Reception Team Member. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations and perform check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Handle cash, card transactions and banking procedures accurately.
• Conduct regular fire and safety walks throughout the property.
• Assist other hotel departments when needed, including additional sites and roles.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – we provide full training.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with strong customer focus.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts and cover additional sites.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
