Reception Team Member – Part‑Time (Gatwick)

About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at Travelodge Gatwick Airport Central as a Reception Team Member. This part‑time position involves welcoming guests, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and supporting the hotel’s daily operations in a friendly, family‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify reservations and complete check‑in procedures.
• Process cash, credit‑card payments and perform basic banking tasks.
• Conduct regular fire‑safety and security walks throughout the property.
• Assist housekeeping and other departments when required.
• Maintain accurate front‑desk records and handle guest inquiries.

Required profile

• No prior hospitality experience required; willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a team‑spirit.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
