About the role

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and reflects the brand’s standards.
• Promote additional hotel services and upsell when appropriate.
