About the role
We are seeking a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join the Business Management team of a growing professional services firm in Cirencester. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and professional front‑of‑house experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage sign‑ins and direct enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and route them efficiently.
- Provide administrative support such as scanning, filing and document preparation.
- Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and assist with meetings and events.
- Manage post, courier services and office security procedures.
- Support health & safety, access control and office readiness.
- Assist the Office Manager with maintenance coordination and contractor visits.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a busy front‑of‑house or reception role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact confidently with people at all levels.
- GCSE Maths and English Grade 5/C or equivalent.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
