Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will set the tone for every stay, offering a warm welcome and helpful information about our hotel services, facilities and the local area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest enquiries and handle reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and perform basic administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Natural hospitality charm and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; training will be provided.
