Receptionist – Minor Injuries Unit

About the role

The Minor Injuries Unit is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to manage the front‑of‑house operations. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception desk, greeting patients and visitors.
• Book appointments, register patients and direct them to the appropriate service.
• Answer all non‑clinical enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Undertake clerical duties as directed by clinical staff or the Clinical Services Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate recording of patient details.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide seamless service.
