About the role
Roundhay Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a friendly and organised individual to join the team as a Receptionist & Office Administrator Apprentice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling appointments, payments and general administrative duties while gaining valuable experience in a healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings
- Process payments and perform credit‑card reconciliation
- Open and close the clinic, including making refreshments for clients
- Maintain a clean environment: wash gowns, hoover daily and keep reception tidy
- File documents, update spreadsheets and produce basic statistics
- Enter data into Xero accounting software
Required profile
- GCSE Maths (grade A*‑C / 9‑4) or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Excellent customer‑care and communication skills
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn
