Recovery College Lead (Part‑time)

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Recovery College Lead to deliver the Recovery College model at Cygnet Hospital Woking and Cygnet Woking Lodge. This part‑time role (22.5 hours per week) focuses on empowering service users through learning, skill development and co‑production.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Recovery College Model to support people’s recovery through learning, skills development and co‑production.
- Empower individuals in care to achieve personal learning goals and build confidence via education and co‑production.
- Co‑produce and co‑facilitate accredited recovery‑focused courses with service users.
- Collaborate with senior management, occupational therapy, psychology, psychiatry, nursing and support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required profile
- Passionate about co‑production and its role in mental health recovery.
- Willing to work flexibly to meet service needs.
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
- Good understanding of risk management.
- Awareness of professional boundaries.
- Motivated with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
