Recruiter – Executive Search (London)

About the role

Regent is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead executive and senior‑level talent acquisition across its European portfolio companies and corporate functions. Based in London, the role works closely with operating partners, CEOs and senior leadership to shape high‑impact teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for C‑suite, VP and senior‑level positions across Europe.
• Partner with operating partners, portfolio company CEOs and Regent’s leadership to define role requirements.
• Proactively source, assess and engage high‑calibre candidates using direct sourcing and executive search methodologies.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate assessments, offer negotiations and onboarding support.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation benchmarks and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline for anticipated hiring needs.
• Ensure a high‑touch, professional candidate experience that reflects Regent’s brand.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in executive search, preferably at a top‑tier firm or in‑house within a private‑equity or global investment environment.
• Proven track record placing executive‑level talent in operational and leadership roles, ideally in industrials, consumer, automotive or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of private‑equity and portfolio company dynamics is a plus.
