Recruiter – Fixed-Term 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Join Pilgrim’s fast‑paced HR team as a Recruiter on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract based in Craigavon. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for salaried positions, building strong relationships with hiring managers and promoting Pilgrim’s as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR and hiring managers to deliver timely, quality hires.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Act as a recruitment expert, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Create engaging job adverts and detailed role profiles.
• Support employer branding and diversity initiatives.
• Prepare insightful recruitment reports for senior leadership.
• Represent Pilgrim’s at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Assist with onboarding and offer processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct sourcing and recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR processes.
