Recruiter (Freelance & Contract Desk)

About the role

Craft is looking for an experienced recruiter to join its fast‑moving design market team in London. You will work across product, brand, digital and motion projects, owning end‑to‑end delivery, expanding the talent pool and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage briefs from the initial call through to successful placement.
• Source, qualify and place top talent for leading agencies and in‑house teams.
• Collaborate closely with an Associate Director and Lead Recruiters to develop client accounts.
• Maintain high momentum and quality standards throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of 360 recruitment experience, ready for greater ownership.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple processes.
• Eager to deepen market expertise and build long‑term relationships.
• Strong desire to learn, develop quickly and deliver with energy and accuracy.
