Recruiter – Multiple Roles in Property Recruitment

About the role

Abbatt Property Recruitment is expanding its team in central London and is looking for enthusiastic recruiters to join its fast‑growing property recruitment business. The positions cover both temporary and permanent desks, offering a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookings and client relationships as a Temps Consultant.
• Build and maintain a candidate pool, supporting consultants as a Resourcer.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment processes on the Perms desk, either focusing on delivery or handling the full 360 cycle.
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet high‑volume hiring demands.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and relationship‑focused mindset.
• Motivation to succeed in a commission‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn the property sector if not already experienced.
• Team player who wants to grow with a company that promotes from within.
