Recruiter – National (Hybrid, Fixed‑term)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Recruitment Delivery team within Justice Digital, Data and Science. Working in an agile, squad‑based environment, you will partner with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for candidates across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist recruitment advice and solutions to hiring managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, supporting hiring panels from job posting to offer.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate within agile squads, contributing to planning and delivery of recruitment targets.
• Ensure compliance with civil service recruitment policies and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of an agile team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent candidate experience.
