Recruiter (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Koinly is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for a fully remote, Europe‑based team. You will partner directly with the CEO and hiring managers across Marketing, Product, Engineering and future growth areas, ensuring each hire meets high technical and cultural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run async intake conversations, calibrate job requirements and shape job descriptions.
• Source candidates through inbound channels and outbound outreach for senior roles.
• Screen CVs and conduct first‑round interviews using a custom scoring rubric.
• Coordinate feedback with hiring teams, adjust searches, and close gaps in the pipeline.
• Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Own the candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first, async environment.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and driving processes without hand‑holding.
• Strong communication skills and a data‑driven approach to talent acquisition.
