Recruitment Account Manager – Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our life‑science consultancy in Colchester. The successful candidate will have at least two years of agency recruitment experience and will be responsible for filling senior‑level positions for a portfolio of international life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Use internal technology platforms to manage intake and delivery of recruitment assignments.
• Follow structured intake and recruitment processes while collaborating with a small, high‑impact consultant team.
• Support the rebuild and scaling of the consultant‑led revenue model.
• Help improve internal systems, workflows and contribute to personal and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of agency recruitment experience, preferably within life sciences or a related sector.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of generating new client business.
• Confident phone‑based, relationship‑driven sales approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Desirable: exposure to international markets (USA/Europe) and B2B sales or account‑management experience in life sciences.
