Recruitment Advisor – Sustainable Luxury Brands

About the role

The Bamford Collection is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to join its People Team at Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across farm shop, restaurants, pubs, a private members' club and head‑office functions. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume position within a purpose‑driven, sustainable luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for hiring managers, offering best‑practice recruitment advice.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments and travel to London stores as required.
• Manage candidates through every stage of the recruitment process, delivering a high‑touch, engaging candidate journey.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from job advertising to offer negotiation.
• Act as an ambassador for the Bamford Collection, ensuring the recruitment experience reflects the company’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Proactive, enthusiastic and people‑focused with a passion for sustainable brands.
• Experience as an in‑house recruiter handling high‑volume hiring.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Alignment with the company’s commitment to wellbeing, craftsmanship and authentic service.
