Recruitment Apprentice – Sales Focus

About the role

This sales‑driven apprenticeship gives you the chance to learn recruitment from the ground up while working in a fast‑paced environment. You will speak with candidates and clients daily, manage the full recruitment process and work towards clear targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with candidates and clients on a daily basis via phone and email.
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Meet activity targets, including making 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Build long‑term business relationships and win new client business.
• Handle objections effectively and turn challenges into opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong desire to build a career in recruitment sales (not HR).
• Experience in call‑centres, telesales, door‑to‑door sales, fundraising or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and via email.
• Ability to work under pressure, stay motivated and meet targets.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred but not essential).
