Recruitment Business Partner (London)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Business Partner to join our growing team in London. In this highly visible, customer‑facing position you will act as the trusted advisor for all recruitment activity, shaping talent strategies and delivering end‑to‑end hiring solutions for your clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day recruitment activity, coordinating with multidisciplinary support and delivery teams.
• Deliver a robust end‑to‑end recruitment process while analysing data to continuously improve outcomes.
• Provide market insight and guidance to hiring managers, shaping sourcing and selection approaches.
• Lead role briefing sessions and monitor onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs, maintaining high service standards.
• Maximise direct sourcing to reduce reliance on third‑party agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services, improve processes and expand account scope.
• Produce insightful reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced recruitment environment (in‑house, RPO or MSP).
• Strong track record of managing complex recruitment requirements and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and translate insights into effective hiring strategies.
• Experience improving recruitment processes and driving continuous service enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of market trends, sourcing strategies and recruitment best practice.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
