Recruitment Co-ordinator – Graduate & Apprentice Intake

About the role

Our client, a specialist consultancy delivering technology solutions to defence and finance organisations, is expanding its graduate and apprentice programme in the North East. They are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for this talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver talent attraction strategies aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with selected recruitment partners to secure a steady flow of quality candidates.
• Use the applicant tracking system to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Organise assessment centres, interviews and onboarding activities.
• Liaise with further and higher education providers for campus career events.
• Develop strong relationships with internal hiring managers.
• Maintain programme schedules and relevant documentation.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree from a top‑25 UK university.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment coordination role.
• Excellent organisational ability and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, enquiring mindset.
