Recruitment Consultant – 360 Role with Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Crowthorne. The role offers the freedom to build and manage your own desk, develop long‑term client relationships and earn an uncapped commission. While the position is primarily remote, you will need to be based within 30 minutes of Crowthorne/Bracknell for weekly meetings and client visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage new client organisations across various sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Meet personal financial targets while operating autonomously.
• Attend regular team meetings and occasional on‑site client visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a 360‑consultant in a recruitment agency.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
• Resilient and proactive in building new client relationships.
• Strong communication, organisational and literacy skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
