Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and match high‑quality candidates to building services roles such as Project Managers and Design Engineers.
• Develop new business by contacting prospective clients and understanding their hiring challenges.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer negotiation.
• Build specialist market expertise by researching trends in construction and building services.
