Recruitment Consultant – Candidate Delivery & Business Development

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international recruitment firm as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the US East Coast market. You will work from our East Hertfordshire office, aligning your day with US business hours to deliver high‑value talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts and develop new business within assigned US territories.
• Source, network and place high‑calibre professionals for niche technology roles.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets while adhering to the firm’s high standards of service.

Required profile

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (any sector).
• Strong sales mindset with resilience for an international market.
• Ability to work UK‑based office hours (11 am‑8 pm Mon‑Thu, 10 am‑5 pm Fri).
• Right to work permanently in the UK and ability to commute five days a week.
