Hays is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its busy Construction & Property team in Sunderland. You will work within a supportive global network, using industry‑leading training and technology to build a 360 desk and drive successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own 360 recruitment desk focused on construction and property roles.
• Collaborate with the management team on new initiatives and projects.
• Provide specialist advice to both candidates and clients, becoming the go‑to expert in your sector.
• Meet billing targets and contribute to the overall growth of the practice.
• Build and maintain strong professional networks across the North East.

• Proven track record of billing success in a 360 recruitment role, or a strong desire to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Passion for delivering results and a growth‑mindset.
