Recruitment Consultant – Data & AI (US Market)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Data, AI and Machine Learning roles for the US market. You will work from our Maldon office, building long‑term partnerships with innovative technology companies and delivering senior, technically complex placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source and place candidates into Data, AI and Machine Learning positions for US‑based clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with cutting‑edge technology businesses.
• Drive outbound business development and build a new market or desk.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and executive roles.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 months of recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, outbound‑driven environment.
• Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to maximise earnings.
• Comfortable working in a high‑performance, fast‑moving setting.
• Desire for autonomy and a strategic, high‑level recruitment approach.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Databricks.
• Understanding of AI platforms and Machine Learning concepts.
