Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our education-focused team. You will work with secondary schools across Birmingham and the Black Country, helping them find the right teaching and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by building relationships with schools and maintaining existing accounts.
• Source, screen and present education professionals to meet client needs.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Utilise social media, job boards and digital channels to attract candidates.
• Contribute to the agency’s reputation for reliability and personalised service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service (education experience is a plus).
• Strong organisational abilities and a self‑motivated approach.
• Positive, target‑driven attitude with a desire to earn commission.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and via digital platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media and online job boards for candidate sourcing.
