Recruitment Consultant – Energy, Marine & Renewables

About the role

Atlas NextWave is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join its Drilling team in Aberdeen. You will play a key part in sourcing, attracting and engaging top talent for the Energy, Marine and Renewables sectors, while supporting the delivery of client vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage candidates through LinkedIn, headhunting, advertising and proactive search methods.
• Screen and qualify candidates for live vacancies and prepare candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to current and future hiring demand.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with legal and internal standards.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and contractors, providing a professional experience.
• Support client vacancies by identifying suitable candidates and sharing market insights.
• Participate in recruitment meetings, delivery reviews and collaborate with the wider team to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn for Salesforce (BH4SF) and keep candidate data up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, sales, resourcing or a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, organised and confident in sourcing candidates.
• High levels of professionalism, accountability and emotional intelligence.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
