Recruitment Consultant – European Languages

About the role

We are seeking a 360‑recruitment consultant to join our London team, specialising in finance and technology placements. The role requires fluency in one or more European languages (French, Dutch, German or Scandinavian) and offers a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑senior finance‑technology roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Develop and maintain a specialist pool of candidates across target markets.
• Provide market insights and professional advice to both clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed quarterly placement and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Agency recruitment experience with a motivated, self‑driven attitude.
• Fluency in Dutch, German, French or a Scandinavian language.
• Credible, presentable and confident communication style.
• Curious, collaborative personality with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a fast‑paced environment.
