Recruitment Consultant – Existing Clients, No Cold BD

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end recruitment projects for our existing sales clients. You will focus on building long‑term relationships, handling high‑quality inbound enquiries and placing exceptional sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage established client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
• Handle inbound recruitment enquiries and deliver retained and exclusive assignments.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source, interview and place sales talent across various sectors.
• Develop relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in sales recruitment.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service mindset.
• Ambitious yet grounded, with a collaborative working style.
• Desire to focus on recruitment rather than cold business development.
