Recruitment Consultant – HR Specialist (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our HR Recruitment team in Manchester. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of HR positions, from generalist roles to specialist areas such as L&D, Talent, Reward & Benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and convert leads into live vacancies.
• Conduct client meetings in person or via video to understand hiring needs.
• Source, head‑hunt, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and candidates.
• Collaborate internally for cross‑selling and share market insights.
• Manage the candidate database and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a 360 recruiter in any sector.
• Proven ability in business development and winning new clients.
• Strong candidate and process management capabilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and driven with a solid work ethic.
