Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Berkhamsted. You will play a key part in sourcing and placing talent for our clients across fast‑growing sectors, working both independently and alongside Delivery Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct candidate searches using our database, job boards and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
• Engage suitable candidates, discuss contract opportunities and keep their records up to date.
• Prepare and forward candidate CVs to clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including travel information where required.
• Collaborate with the Contracts & Compliance team on tax and social cost matters for non‑UK placements.
