About the role

Robert Half is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its Edinburgh team. You will own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from sourcing new business opportunities to placing top‑tier candidates in roles that match their career aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new client accounts across target markets.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Utilise job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract high‑calibre talent.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, refine strategies, and achieve recruitment targets.
