Digital Waffle, an award‑winning tech and digital recruitment agency in central Birmingham, is seeking energetic Recruitment Consultants to join its fast‑growing team. Whether you come from a recruitment background or a sales environment, you will be responsible for matching tech talent with client needs while enjoying a supportive, high‑energy culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and assess candidates for technology and digital roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Achieve billings targets and earn commission on all placements.
• Collaborate with the team to utilise cutting‑edge recruitment technology.

• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Money‑driven with a strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
• Excellent people skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Eager to learn and develop using provided tools and training.
