About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially‑minded Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team in London. This is an entry‑level, 360‑desk position within a high‑fee, resilient market, offering rapid earnings growth for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior private‑sector stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition Partners, MDs, Partners, COOs, Chiefs of Staff and HR leaders.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – business development, job management and candidate engagement – on a 360 desk.
• Leverage strong market activity to generate fees quickly and expand your portfolio.
• Develop deep insight into PA/EA hiring trends, competitor activity and skill shortages.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience aligned with premium market expectations.
