Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leckhampton. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of our specialist market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from client briefing to successful placement.
• Own a portfolio of roles, clients and candidate relationships.
• Develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Source, engage and attract high‑quality candidates within the specialist market.
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess skills, motivations and career aspirations.
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment guidance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment consultancy environment.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills at all levels.
• Commercially driven with a passion for results.
• Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
