About the role

Simpson Judge Ltd is expanding its Systems team and is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing technology recruitment business. You will inherit an established client portfolio, signed terms and active opportunities, allowing you to generate revenue from day one while shaping your own specialist market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and identify growth opportunities within the technology sector.
• Manage and expand existing accounts, delivering a high‑quality recruitment service.
• Recruit permanent technology professionals across specialist markets such as IT, ERP and HRIS.
• Run the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement.
• Build a recognised network and establish yourself as a trusted market expert.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in technology, IT, ERP, HRIS or a related specialist market.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and develop client accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial, consultative approach with the ability to work independently.
• Ambition to build a high‑performing desk with strong earning potential.
