About the role

Finlay Jude Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team in Whitworth. You will manage a full 360‑recruitment desk, sourcing and placing candidates across a range of live vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a 360‑recruitment desk, from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates via online platforms and maintain a robust talent database.
• Interview and assess candidates, providing briefing, feedback and offer management.
• Deliver excellent account management, nurturing relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain and update CRM profiles for both candidates and clients.
• Complete training and development tasks using industry‑leading packages.
• Drive business development by following up leads, marketing campaigns and client visits.

Required profile

• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a recruitment role.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage with candidates and clients at all levels.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
• Self‑motivated, proud of your work and able to thrive in a team environment.
• Resilient, fun personality with a commitment to delivering results.
