Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join Konstrukt Resourcing’s fast‑growing team in Cheadle. You will focus on placing contract talent for leading construction firms across Europe, working within a 12‑week onboarding programme that gets you closing deals quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle – sourcing, engaging and placing candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction clients throughout Europe.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking and creative prospecting.
• Utilise LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to build pipelines and identify opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and drive deals to successful closure, owning your results.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in sales, recruitment or other customer‑facing roles.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and comfortable working under pressure and targets.
• Coachable mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of your desk and career progression.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and business development.
