About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol office. You will work within a multi‑award‑winning talent consultancy that specialises in IT and technology recruitment, helping clients secure top‑tier professionals while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Drive business development through cold calling, meetings, and networking to acquire new clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and map the talent market.
• Source and attract the best talent using headhunting, networking, and other recruitment techniques.
• Create compelling job adverts and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate offers and terms with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience or transferable sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships within a market.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; success is driven by relationship‑building and sales abilities.
