Join Mploy Staffing Solutions in Poole as a Recruitment Consultant, helping clients find the right talent and supporting candidates in their career progression. This full‑time position offers the chance to work within a supportive team while managing client relationships and meeting recruitment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts, building long‑term partnerships.
• Source, screen and register candidates to develop a robust talent pool.
• Create and post engaging job adverts to attract suitable applicants.
• Conduct candidate interviews and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Visit client sites to understand hiring needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and industry events.
• Work towards and exceed recruitment targets while ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate administration and high attention to detail.

Required profile

• Motivated, organised and passionate about people.
• Previous recruitment experience or a strong background in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for client visits.
