About the role

Digital Waffle, an award‑winning tech and digital recruitment agency based in central Birmingham, is looking for energetic Recruitment Consultants to join its growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and placing candidates in technology‑focused roles while building lasting relationships with both clients and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑quality candidates for tech and digital positions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
• Achieve billings targets and generate commission on all placements.
• Collaborate with the internal team to leverage cutting‑edge recruitment technology.
