Recruitment Consultant – Print and Packaging (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our award‑winning boutique firm in Chester. The role focuses on the print and packaging sector and offers a hybrid working model with one day per week remote.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and place candidates across the print and packaging market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organisations.
• Drive business development activities to grow the client portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the existing team to share best practices and support collective targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Ambitious, team‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
