Recruitment Consultant – £28k + Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Bristol City Centre. This is an entry‑level, sales‑driven position where you will develop your career by sourcing and placing talent across engineering, IT, finance and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ cold calls daily to generate new candidate and client pipelines.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess suitability and match them to client requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from brief to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets to earn uncapped commission.
