Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Driving Division

About the role

Join Get Staff’s fast‑growing temporary driving division as a Recruitment Consultant. Whether you are a trainee, an experienced recruiter, or a senior professional, you will help build and manage a successful desk that places qualified drivers with client companies across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Register, onboard and verify drivers, ensuring full compliance before placement.
• Fill temporary driving vacancies quickly with suitable candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and drivers.
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues professionally and maintain desk performance.
• Participate in an out‑of‑hours rota (approximately one weekend in three).
• Visit client sites regularly; a full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.
