Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission & Luxury Trips

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our award‑winning team in Edinburgh. In this full‑time position you will own a specialist market, build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, and directly influence your earnings through performance‑based commission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and job seekers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Grow and nurture a dedicated specialist market within sectors such as Food & Drink, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Personal Care and Chemicals.
• Negotiate contracts and generate revenue for the business.
• Deliver high‑quality candidate experiences and meet client hiring targets.

Required profile

• Ambitious, results‑driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, competitive and comfortable working in a high‑performance environment.
• University degree (2:1 or above preferred); sales experience is a plus but not essential.
