Recruitment Consultant – US Market (Bristol)

About the role
We are expanding our Bristol team and need a Recruitment Consultant to focus on the United States market. You will work a later schedule to align with US time zones, giving you a relaxed start to the day and early finishes on Fridays from home.
Key responsibilities
- Full‑cycle (360) recruitment for US‑based positions, from sourcing to placement.
- Develop and maintain client relationships on the US operational desk.
- Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and close placements.
- Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the US market desk.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong phone presence and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, target‑driven and eager to earn.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary up to £30,000, dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission on top of base salary.
- Hybrid working: Monday‑Thursday in office (10 am‑7 pm), Friday remote (10 am‑5 pm).
