Recruitment Consultant – White Collar Construction

About the role

You will join O'Neill & Brennan as a white‑collar construction recruitment consultant, working from our Bristol office with the opportunity to expand into Cardiff. You will receive direct mentorship from the Regional Director while enjoying full autonomy to shape and grow your own desk.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones within the construction sector.
• Manage and grow existing Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs).
• Drive business development activities to increase revenue and expand the desk into the Cardiff region.
• Maintain Tier 1 and Tier 2 client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership for guidance and strategic input.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a white‑collar consultant in construction recruitment.
• Currently billing well and seeking the next career step.
• Confident business developer able to generate new opportunities.
• Self‑starter who values ownership, autonomy, and growth.
• Enthusiastic about expanding into new territory (Cardiff).
