Recruitment Coordinator – 4 on 4 off (9am‑9pm) Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join the UK’s largest recruitment business as a Recruitment Coordinator supporting a fast‑moving warehousing operation. You will work on‑site in a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern, helping temporary workers find the right placements and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Meet client deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements for the warehouse.
• Recruit, select and onboard temporary workers.
• Enter and validate data for weekly payroll processing.
• Manage administrative tasks such as absences, change requests and record keeping for audits.
• Provide a positive customer experience and promptly address worker queries.

Required profile

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on people.
• Growth mindset and willingness to innovate.
• Preferably some exposure to recruitment, though not essential.
